Delta Phi Croquet Invitational: A Campus Classic
April 15th, 2017–––Mark your calendars!
Every spring, the beautiful young women of William & Mary don their sun dresses and head to the Sunken Gardens where the gentlemen of Delta Phi have prepared croquet courses for their recreation and enjoyment. The entire brotherhood is out in full force, serving drinks and hors d'oeuvres, and caddying for croquet teams.
All of the proceeds benefit Avalon: A Center For Women and Children. Avalon serves women in the Greater Williamsburg area who have experienced domestic violence and sexual assault. Avalon aims to break the cycle of abuse and help create a positive future for those they serve. To learn more, visit their website here: http://www.avaloncenter.org.
We encourage all to come out and support this worthy charity. Last year, over $3000 was raised. Get your team together and sign up at Sadler or with any Delta Phi brother. The sorority with the most participants takes home the croquet cup!
